Just a reminder that the association dues have increased to $60.00 per month effective January 1, 2020.
All residents will be sent a statement showing their account balance as of January 1st, 2020. This statement will not reflect payments made after December 30, 2019.
Feel free to call the club at 714-529-8002 for your account balance if you dropped off your payment after December 30th.
